The first training day for the Irish players who will compete in next months European under 19 snooker championships took place in the Ivy rooms snooker club on Sunday the 2nd of March.
The team will consist of Vincent Muldoon, Greg Casey and Tony Moore, Jason Devaney
and PJ Nolan the RIBSA national coach will travel with the boys to Scotland and will help the players in preparation and be on hand with advice and support.
PJ put the boys on a new training program and videoed the players in action and made a DVD for the players to bring home to study, and this professional approach is hoped to give our players the edge in achieving good results in Scotland.
PJ said this week that if our players can focus and get the self belief and practice hard over the next few weeks then our team can achieve something at this year’s championship.
The players enjoyed the day and were very happy with thier practice routines and they can not wait to go home and start completing all the routines
All the players will be in action this week at the Senior Ranking Event in Carlow and PJ will be keeping a close eye on all the players game.
