Rodney Goggins
learned his main tour fate
yesterday and the Wexfordman will
now have a second year on the tour
staying on by virtue of the one
year list. Rodney needed only one
of three players to lose in the
Welsh Open to be sure of safety and
Drew Henry yesterday failed to beat
Ian McCullough thus sealing his
fate. Rodney will now join Davey
Morris and the more established
Irish pro's on the circuit next
year yet again after Davey
secured his place comfortably.

The Kilkenny
youngster is currently ranked 64th
in the rankings which will put him
in the second round of all events
next season. However Jimmy White
still has a chance to pass Morris
should he beat Mark King in the
final World Championship Qualifier
on March 10th. A win for White
would cost Morris his Top 64
seeding as well as guaranteed prize
money of around STGĀ£8,000.
