Wexford's Joe Delaney captured yet another First Step.ie Over-40's title recently beating No.1 ranked player Brendan Cooney 3-2 in the final. 24 players contested the second event and Joe had some superb wins on the way to the final including wins over Patsy Farrell, Phil Martin and Stephen Merrigan as he tries to force his way back into international contention for the European and World events next year.
