Intermediate Series Info

This years Intermediate Series will be split into five regions like last year with four ranking events and the championships. Each regional event will be played on the same day around the country with the Top 20 in the country excluded from entering the event. Note: It is now only the Top 20 excluded.

Entry for the Intermediate Series is €20 per event with a reduction to €10 for Juniors (Under-19). Entries may be phoned into the host club before 1pm on the Wednesday before each event.

The Five Regions

Southeast Region - Ivy Rooms, Newbridge and Sharkx Snooker Clubs (4th club TBC)  

Co-Ordinator: Jim Leacy

Dublin Region - Celrbidge, Crossguns and Spawell Snooker Clubs (4th club TBC)

Co-Ordinator: TBC

Northwest Region - Northwest Snooker Club and CYMS Letterkenny

Co-Ordinator: John Doherty

Northeast Region - The Royal S.C. (Navan) and Cavan Snooker Club, Potters S.C in Drogheda

Co-Ordinator: TBC

Southwest Region - Victoria S.C and Nenagh S.C. (Others TBC)

Co-Ordinator: Mark Tuite

The first events take place on Saturday the 24th of September in The Ivy Rooms Carlow, CYMS Letterkenny, Victoria Limerick, Spawell Dublin and The Royal (Navan). You basically pick whichever region you wish to play in and your rankings will be counted in that region with the championships being held in Celbridge at the end of the season.
